The Service

Recipe & Pantry lets you and your household save recipes, track pantry inventory, plan meals, and generate shopping lists. Content you add is shared with every member of the household you belong to.

Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Subscription & Billing

Recipe & Pantry Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed at $4.99/month after a 3-day free trial. Key terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you originally agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings app, under your Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period.

Your Content

You own the recipes, photos, and other content you add to the Service. By adding content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the Service to you and your household. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it for any purpose beyond operating the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another household's data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of recipe information (including information extracted from photos you submit), and you're responsible for verifying ingredients and cooking instructions before use, particularly for food allergies or dietary restrictions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
